Track down your kids’ school bus in real time to avoid unnecessary waiting on the bus stop. Wola Schools follows the live location of the school bus privately and notifies parents when it’s arriving to their nearest stop.
On Wola Schools, parents (or caretakers) are aware of the location of the bus at any moment and can track the school bus all the way to their nearest bus stop in the morning and in the afternoon. This prevents uncertainty in situations in which they have to wait on the street without knowing when the bus will arrive or if it has already passed the stop.
Wola Schools is also a tool to control the attendance of children between parents and schools. Parents, on the one hand, can notify the school of the student's absence at any time and the monitors, on the other hand, can inform the parents if their children haven't assisted the class.
HOW DOES WOLA SCHOOLS WORK?
Wola Schools is a school bus tracker app that both parents and the supervisor who accompanies the children in the bus should have. It is activated by the supervisor from his/her smartphone. From that moment, parents receive a notification and can access a map screen that tracks the live location of the school bus.
This is a revolutionary way to feel safe and sound about our children's location, without them having to acquire a smartphone to communicate with their families directly.
CONTROL OF ASSISTANCE OF CHILDREN
Wola Schools controls the attendance of children on the school route, so that parents and schools know if a child has not arrived at school. If the lack of attendance is planned, parents can inform about it directly from the app both to the school and to the school route.
NOTIFICATIONS
Wola solves a common problem of communication that parents face with their children at the school. With this school bus tracker system, parents are able to receive a notification when the bus is arriving to the bus stop that they have set as their home stop.
It also gives them the chance to receive an alert 10 minutes before the estimated time of arrival of the bus school. As the app is connected to the schools, there is a predefined list with all the stops of that specific route that parents can check at any time.
PRIVACY
Children’s security is an absolute must which is why Wola Schools is not accessible to all: only parents identified previously can access with a special code. In addition, Wola Schools is only open to schools that have an agreement with the app, otherwise the school app does not show any routes.
MAP VIEW
On Wola Schools parents can choose between different maps that track the school bus and can swipe between school routes, in the case they have more than one. This happens in case of more children that attend different routes or when the children need to choose alternative school routes after their school activities.
There are special days when bus routes tend to undergo changes, due to delays, technical problems, construction work, events nearby or traffic jams that make unpredictable the arrival time of the children. Wola Schools makes it easy for parents to connect with their children and avoid unnecessary waiting for both the parents and the children.
